How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 48 hours (barring any unforeseen circumstances, of which you will be informed). Shipments are made via express courier with an estimated delivery time of 48 hours throughout Italy and 4 days throughout Europe.

How are the prints packaged?

Product protection is a priority. Prints are placed inside a double-wall cardboard box, specifically designed to prevent creases, impacts, or damage during transport

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing the tracking code to monitor the delivery status in real time.

Does the print include the frame?

No, the prints are sold unframed. This allows you to freely choose the frame that best suits your decor style and keep costs down without compromising on the quality of the print and the materials used.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that the package sustains visible damage during transit, please photograph the packaging and the damaged print, and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
